Absorbent pads
Absorbent pads are used to absorb and bind liquids from foods such as meat, poultry, fish, fruits. This serves not only an attractive presentation but especially an increased hygiene and thus a longer shelf life of the product to be packaged. They are manufactured from absorbent material: airlaid cellulose or super-absorbent fibres (SAF).
For use in automatic or manual food packaging.

CELLULOSE ABSORBERS:
The standard absorbencies of cellulose pads are: 800 ml/m², 1700 ml/m², 3000 ml/m² and 5000 ml/m². Non-standard absorbencies available on request.
Single-sided or double-sided lamination made of paper HDPE, LDPE, PET.
Cutting to size from 80x80mm to 600x600mm.
For faster absorption, perforation of the contact layer of the pad is recommended, especially for double-sided lamination.
Laminate color on request.
SUPER ABSORBERS (SAF):
The standard absorbencies of SAF super-absorbent pads are: 3000 ml/m² and 5000 ml/m². Non-standard absorbencies are available on request.
Cutting to size from 80x80mm to 600x600mm. Lamination: HDPE, LDPE, PET, paper. Single-sided or double-sided.
Additional features: perforation.
Laminate colour on request
Depends on the size of the order.
